Single screw pipe extruder adopts motor and reducer casing direct-connection structure to melt and extrude PE、PP plastic materials under high temperature condition. It is composed of motor, gear case, screw, cylinder, electric heating ring and control system, which is mainly used for melting and extruding plastic. The single screw PE pipe extrusion machine has different specifications such as eight standard diameters including 45mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm; three effective length such as 30D, 33D, 36D.
