Features of the Plate Rubber Vulcanizing Machine
1. The moving platen rises rapidly, clamps slowly and descends quickly. Fast-to-slow mould closing and fast-to-slow breathing can be adjusted separately.
2. Rational and reliable oil circuit configuration: during product vulcanization molding process, the oil pump and motor stop working, with automatic pressure compensation function and pump stop-delay function.
3. Our plate rubber vulcanizing machine adopts imported high pressure pump, controlled by a proportional pressure& flow composite valve.
4. Breathing duration, breathing times, heating temperature, vulcanization time can all be set, making operation easier. There are two operating modes: manual and semi-automatic.
5. Two program modes are available to meet the processing requirements of special rubber: program Ⅰ, conventional plate vulcanizing machine work mode, program Ⅱ, transfer molding machine work mode.
6. The hydraulic cylinder uses patented cylinder composite sealing device, achieving reliable sealing and long service life.
7. The electrical system adopts full computer control for great reliability. Users can choose Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control, 5.7-inch touch screen.
8. Based on the patent technology of turn board structure open tank, the oil tank is user-friendly and convenient to maintain.
